A day to remember🤍
Kaitlin and Austin are MARRIED!! Blessed with the best weather, and even better company, this weekend left my cup and my heart full🪻 The perfect florals, deep emotions, and the free spirits that k+a are, made this day everything it was.

I’m absolutely swooning over the most perfect evening on the lake with Ellie and John🤍🌊
Touched by golden sunlight and cool waves, these two were the perfect image of gentle romance and beauty.
It’s hard to believe these two haven’t been professionally in front of a camera together before. They were absolutely naturals and eager to be a part of any crazy idea I had (getting in the water was an absolute highlight.)
I was so excited to be able to come back to my hometown for these photos! I spent many an afternoon on this beach as a child and it was so special to return for this🫶🏻

Audrey + Bryce at Lyndale Rose Park Garden🦢🍏

I’ve never shot at, or even heard of this location (which is crazy cuz it’s a popular one) and it has rapidly become a favorite of mine.

It was a battle to make all three of our schedules work in the first place and when the long awaited day showed up, we were stormed out. Somehow, we were able to reschedule on the upcoming Tuesday and we were given the most beautiful day with an incredible golden hour. We were up against the heat but it was so worth it.

I’m so absolutely obsessed with these two, their photos, and I cannot wait for their big day🥹 stay tuned for more!

Hello, friend🥂🍇 I’m Kate, owner, photographer, and creative of Captured by Kaitlyn.
Allow me to reintroduce myself with the most cliché “get-to-know-me” post. If you’ve been here for a while, from the bottom of my heart, I thank you. This has been the most incredible journey and thanks for sticking with me. If you’re just now running across my feed, welcome! My couples and followers fuel my soul and my business and I cannot express my gratitude for all of you enough.
I have been in the wedding photography business for nearly 3 years and I’ve had the great honor of documenting 20+ weddings in that time. I’ve just recently begun to incorporate film into your special day, so if that’s your thing, I’m your girl🎞️
I have a deep passion for romance and intention, not only in my photos, but in my life. Slowing down and romanticizing my life has become a huge part of who I am.
