The sweetest little family... and another one that found me through TikTok. 🥹🤍

It's still so surreal to me that an app can connect me with such incredible families.

When Giselle reached out to book a family session, I couldn't wait to meet her, her husband, and their adorable little girl. And let me tell you... she is 100% a mama's girl. 🥹

At first, all she wanted was Mom's arms (which, honestly, is so precious). But with a little patience, a few giggles, and lots of play, we captured the sweetest moments of her loving on both her Mama and Dada.

That's one of my favorite things about family sessions. They aren't about perfectly posed smiles the whole time! They're about documenting your family exactly as you are in this season of life. The cuddles, the shy moments, the tiny hands reaching for Mom! And we captured it ALL in 20 minutes!

These are the memories that become priceless years from now.

This week's spotlight is a little extra special because it's someone I know pretty well... my husband, Sam Sosa. 🤍

During the week, Sam works as the Head of Property Tax at Ownwell in Austin. But on the weekends? He's out serving our local community through his small business, Damn Good Haulers.

🎓 It’s never too late to celebrate a milestone! 🎓

Graduation doesn't have an expiration date.

Whether you're graduating from high school, college, trade school, or simply want senior portraits to remember this chapter of life, it's never too late to step in front of the camera.

I had so much fun capturing these photos, from the classic cap-and-gown moments to the personality shots that feel so much more him. Those candid laughs, the confidence, the excitement... that's what I love documenting.

Two summers ago I photographed a backyard wedding in Oklahoma, and I still think about it.

They danced under the stars and the string lights, celebrated with the people they loved most, and created a day that felt completely, unapologetically them.

It reminded me that the most beautiful weddings aren't always the biggest.

Sometimes they're the quiet ones.
The backyard ones.
The courthouse ones.
The dock weddings.
The ones where every single guest truly knows your story.

Those are my favorite kinds of weddings to photograph.

I hear that all the time.

Then Brittany found me on TikTok, packed up her husband and sweet little boy, and made the drive all the way from Huntsville to update their family photos.

Twenty minutes later...
