Every pair of shoes in this heart tells a different story. Each person walks through life with their own challenges, dreams, and strengths-- and we don't always know what it took for someone to get here.

Being a team means respecting those differences, encouraging one another, and making sure no one has to walk alone. Everyone brings something unique to the court, and together the team is stronger.

🎀 October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month 🎀

Every October, I like to do something special through David Hager Photography to honor those affected by breast cancer. This year, I’m asking for your nominations!

Do you know someone currently fighting breast cancer or someone who has fought it in the past—a survivor whose strength and courage deserve a little extra love? I’ll be choosing a few nominees to receive a special gift in the mail.

📸 IMPORTANT BOOKING POLICY UPDATE

Going forward, David Hager Photography will require a deposit to reserve all sessions. This policy applies to everyone—whether you are a friend, family member, longtime customer or someone I have never met.

Unfortunately, I have had too many people reserve dates and cancel the morning of their session. I have also allowed some clients to wait until after their session to pay, only to have them not to order after I had already spent hours taking and editing their photos.

I have also held wedding and senior-session dates for people who said they were going to pay, causing me to turn away other paying clients for those dates—only for the original booking to be canceled at the last minute.

My time, travel, photography and editing all have value. A date will no longer be considered booked until the required deposit has been paid. Deposits will be applied toward the total cost of your session but will not be refunded for last-minute cancellations.

This is not directed toward any one person. It is simply a necessary business policy that will be applied fairly and consistently to everyone.

Thank you to all of my wonderful clients who respect my time, support my business and continue to trust me with your special memories!
