E&S and a beautiful wedding day in May 🤍

This sweet and intimate day started at St John’s, a very special place to the groom. They included the sweetest notes written by loved ones in their details to totally wrap themselves and their story with all their special people in their lives. After a beautiful ceremony everyone went downtown to the Old Market to spend cocktail hour at 🍷 The food kept coming (and man was it good 😋) while E&S got to spend sweet time with everyone before the amazing dinner was served. So much laughter and conversation filled the room before the kindest toasts brought on lots of sweet tears 🥰 Truly a beautiful day, perfect for E&S and we felt so honored to be part of it and capture it all ❤️ Congrats to the newly weds 🎉

The best friend duo you didn’t know you needed at your wedding. Between our own personalities and years of experience we have a fine tuned our client experience to match exactly what you need throughout the day. We have heard over and over again that we come with such a calm and confident presence that helps ease the morning nerves of the day but we also know how to turn on the fun when we get to the party ❤️ We will be the girls to help carry around your lip gloss and make sure you stay hydrated…. And we will also be the girls helping to build the hype on the dance floor. We care about every tiny detail of your day and have a deep desire to exceed any expectation for what your wedding photos and film could be.

What you don’t see is the hours of time we pour into understanding our couples vision, planning details to bring it to life, pulling inspiration based specifically on personalities and all the wedding day details, questionnaires and calls that go into making sure we don’t miss a single thing. We take our time to know everything going into a wedding day so our couple can feel calm, confident, and connected instead of focused on the details they already planned.

Through it all, we work like a well oiled machine largely because we are best friends. We have two brains to run logistics and creativity through and have developed a work flow that benefits everyone. We truly love what we do. We love getting to do it together. And we love the people we get to meet along the way 🥹

Okay okay, going to end this post before we get too emotional but had to share some behind the scenes of what you get with K&K. A team that is deeply honored at the moments we are welcomed into and genuinely cares for every detail 🥰 we love this life and thank all of you for supporting us along the way ❤️

Makenzie brought the heat to her reception with this power ballad 🖤✨🎶 safe to say… the room went crazy 🙈 this right here is an example of why video matters… while the photos are beautiful and great… you don’t get to hear that beautiful voice ❤️ audio isn’t just the straight forward recordings of the bride singing, or the couple saying their vows, or your best friend giving a toast… but it is also your friends and family cheering, the sniffles coming from your mom as she holds back tears, the little (or big) laughs that slip out while amongst your favorite people… audio is the real magic in wedding films. Don’t get us wrong, photography tells a whole story of your wedding day and we absolutely love it… but you simply can’t replace the sounds that also encompass your big day 🥰
