The moon is a loyal companion. 🌙

It never leaves. It’s always there, watching, steadfast, knowing us in our light and dark moments, changing forever just as we do. Every day it’s a different version of itself. Sometimes weak and wan, sometimes strong and full of light. The moon understands what it means to be human. Beautiful yet cratered by imperfections. 🌙

How are you feeling right now? Genuinely asking. It’s be quite a ride and I truly feel many of you can relate to this. Being isolated to an extent during whatever it is that may be impacting you! Mentally and personally. So here I am sending hugs and hoping things get back to normal soon. Much love. Know I feel you and I see you. But always be kind. You really never know what someone is going through.

When we think of true change, we often think of things or individuals that push us to become someone new. Knowing can be half the battle. When a person experiences something that forces them to become someone other than who they were, we tend to navigate an unruly agreement. Yet eventually, we learn to change not because our circumstances force us, but because we realize we are capable of more than living underneath something that seeks to crush us.
