💖PosAura Photography isn’t dead… it’s being reincarnated.✨

This season looks different—and intentionally so.

PosAura Photography is evolving into something more focused, more refined, and more aligned with where my heart and skills are being called. While I’ve loved capturing many beautiful milestones over the years, I’m entering a chapter of specialization.

🍼 Newborn photography will now be the prime focus, with select milestones continuing alongside it. This shift allows me to pour deeper care, creativity, and technical expertise into the tiniest details, the quiet moments, and the powerful beginnings of life.

As I continue training, learning, and enhancing my skills, this brand will grow with me. That growth will come with updates, refinements, and new offerings—all of which will be announced as they unfold.

This isn’t an ending.
It’s a rebirth.
A refinement.
A glow-up with purpose.

Marquita Wright is a Licensed and Certified Dental Assistant (LDA, CDA) with over 20 years of experience in the dental field. She currently works in pediatric dentistry, where she is deeply committed to creating positive, educational dental experiences for children and families.

As a mother of seven and currently expecting her eighth child, Marquita brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work. Her passion centers on maternal oral health during and after pregnancy, as well as oral care education for newborns, infants, toddlers, and school-age children. She is dedicated to bridging the gap between dental professionals and families by providing accessible, culturally responsive oral health education.

Marquita’s mission is to empower parents with the knowledge and confidence needed to raise healthier generations—starting with oral health from the very beginning of life.

Even though PosAura Photography isn’t currently active, moments like this remind me that the work never truly stops.

This newborn family session was filled with softness, connection, and quiet love—the kind that doesn’t need posing or perfection. Just a new life, wrapped in warmth, surrounded by the people who already adore them beyond words. From tiny details to the way this family leaned into one another, every frame tells a story of legacy, protection, and new beginnings.

I may be moving differently right now, but I’m still creating, still documenting, still honoring these once-in-a-lifetime moments when they’re meant to be captured. Some stories don’t wait for timelines—and I’m grateful I got to preserve this one. 🤍

As I close out my final month with PosAura Photography, there are certain families who have left a lasting imprint on my creative heart — and this beautiful family is definitely one of them.

From the moment I first photographed them during their maternity session, they’ve brought thoughtfulness, intention, and so much creativity into every session we’ve shared. Whether it’s wardrobe, energy, or simply the way they show up together, they always arrive ready to create something meaningful.

What I love most about photographing them is how effortlessly they lean into the moment — the softness, the joy, the playfulness, the connection. It gives every session a fresh spark and allows me to capture their love in ways that feel authentic and timeless.

✨ Closing a Beautiful Chapter with My Final Fall Mini ✨

Yesterday’s session stirred up so many emotions. As I move toward closing my journey with PosAura Photography, it felt incredibly special — and intentional — to end my final fall mini with a family who has been with me since 2019.

For five years, they’ve trusted me to capture their smiles, their personalities, their connection, and their growth. Every session with them has carried the same warmth and ease, and today was no different. Being able to close this chapter with clients who have supported me from the beginning meant more than words can express.

This wasn’t just a fall mini session…
It was a reminder of why I started.
A reflection of everything PosAura has allowed me to experience.

Definitely not forgetting this little beauty 💕 Captured back in 2022, this session still makes me smile. My young clients always had a way of keeping me on my toes and—jokingly—keeping me young right along with them. The laughter, the silliness, and the joy they brought into each moment will always be something I hold close as I reflect on this journey. ✨
