Hello friends! I wanted to have a little heart to heart with you. 🤍 Social media has been a tricky thing for me to navigate for as long as I can remember. There have been seasons where it has felt all consuming, and seasons where I have been able to navigate it “better” by limiting time on the app, etc. But no matter the season, deep down my heart has always ran toward comparison, vanity, envy, lack of self control, and has looked to this app as a source of hope and joy throughout my days that can only be found in the Lord! He has been so kind to reveal this to me, and is continually (oh so graciously) shining light to the corners of my heart that run to this world rather than Him. There is so much life and freedom to be found in Him friends!
With that being said, I know that it is time to step away from the consumer end of this app. Please pray for discipline and self control that only the Lord can provide. I feel peace about continuing to share on the app for Anders Creative Co. as I figure out different ways to share and connect with y’all moving forward. I look forward to continuing to share my photography work, what the Lord is teaching me, and some sweet life updates.
Sam and I are expecting our sweet baby boy in the next couple of weeks (or any day hehe), and we are so very overjoyed! 😍🥰 I am planning on taking some time away from work as we soak up the precious newborn days with our boy! Please feel free to inquire or reach out in the coming weeks.
