In the spring of 2012 after earning my masters degree in communication disorders, I had every intention of purchasing my first DSLR c
amera with a sign-on bonus (do those even exist anymore?) attached to my future job as a speech language pathologist. I've always been an artist using some medium or another- drawer, painter, decorator, etc. I've taken photos for a really long time, but have never been able to seriously invest my time and effort into photography until now. So, 9 months out of the year (minus all the sweet state holidays and school breaks), I work with children from developmental preschool through third grade, wholeheartedly helping them learn how to communicate. But every other opportunity I'm doing all I can to "learn, do, repeat" in photography!! Photography is my passion, creative outlet and what I believe to be a gift that truly doesn't stop giving. It's an honor to be able to document and tell client's stories through photos. I give each client the best of my talent and abilities; I want you to LOVE your photos as much as I LOVE taking them! I would be so grateful to tell your story! :)
