It’s a tough decision… should you exchange vows on the beach, or in the woods? If you’re someone like me, who loves all of it — the beaches, the forest, and the mountains… it can seem like an impossible choice.

Well if you choose to wed in the Olympic National Park, you don’t have to pick one over the other. You can have it all, just like this couple. That is the number one reason the ONP is truly my favorite for elopements & micro-weddings. You have all of the different landscapes you could desire within a close distance, to have the biggest adventure and to capture the best memories.

Quilcene truly is ‘The Pearl Of The Olympic Peninsula’. There is a quiet magic about this peaceful mountain town, and Huckleberry Cabin was the perfect place to unwind and rest our heads.

If you’re looking for a place to have a relaxing getaway, this gem would be one to highly consider.

The rainiest national park in the continental U.S., where mist clings to ancient forests, waves crash against rocky coastlines, and every where you turn feels like a dream you stepped into together.

Maternity sessions are more than photos — they’re a moment to pause and honor the life growing within you. Feet on top of the earth, sunlight streaming through the trees, the gentle rhythm of nature holding and supporting you as you step into this new chapter.

Women hold the magic that is creating life, just as the earth does..especially this time of year. There is power in that. There is beauty in that.

Wanting to document the magical experience of Motherhood this spring? Devan Whitney Photography’s Motherhood Mini Sessions are now available for booking. Photography sessions can be expensive, and these mini sessions offer a way to get affordable and beautifully crafted images captured for Mother’s Day.

The Details ✨

These mini sessions will be up to 30 minutes in length and are Child-Led. Child-Led sessions will have limited direction for posing, to encourage genuine moments between you and your child. So don't worry about getting sandy, dirty, or damp! Just have fun, and l'll catch all the magical details.

Investment ✨

$180 (usually $250)- This includes the session coverage, and all edited high-resolution images in a personalized online gallery (minimum of 8 images).

Sunday, April 12th - Tolmie State Park (Beach)
