Mount Rainier is an unpredictable beauty. One minute she will be out for everyone to see, and the next some mountain mist could roll in to cover her up entirely. Luckily, for this couple’s sunrise elopement she decided to grace everyone with her presence just for their ceremony before tucking back to sleep behind the mountain mist for the remainder of the day.

That is one of the reasons this national park is so magical. Getting to witness the majesty of her view isn’t always guaranteed, so every time the mountain is out… it’s such a gift. And that is one of the reasons why this mountain is so unique and sacred. Mount Rainier has an energy of her own, and to bask in that while exchanging vows with the person you want to spend the rest of your life with is so special.

I feel so grateful to be able to capture life’s most important moments in such a magical place, and since I now live such a short distance from this national park…I have decided to offer promotional pricing for all elopements & sessions at Mount Rainier National Park through October 2026! When I became a mother, I faced a huge identity crisis not only personally, but also as an artist. While I still absolutely loved all of my past work, it no longer felt like me. I wondered if it was time to quit pursuing photography… but I soon realized that couldn’t be further from the answer.

I needed to metamorphosize my style to represent how I now view the world.. with more warmth and color. My son added that to my life, so naturally my style evolved into reflecting just that. I am forever grateful for how my sweet boy has changed not only me as a person, but as an artist 🌞🏔️🌿✨.

The Willow & Wandering Slug Homestead.
Our Home In The Foothills of Mount Rainier 🥹💛🌿.

After so much dreaming, waiting, and hoping, we finally found our little place in the world. A yellow home, nestled in the mountains with a creek, a lot of banana slugs, and a garden to grow. This is where we’ll plant our little family’s roots, make magical memories, and watch the seasons change.

We are also excited to be able to share this magical place. Not only will I be hosting photography sessions here & be within a very close distance from Mount Rainier National Park for sessions & elopements… but this homestead will also be a gathering place for spiritual wellness, and seasonal workshops. There will also be a farmstand with many homemade goodies in the near future ☺️🥖🕯️✨.

Thank you everyone for the support, and we look forward to our future here and all the opportunities this magical land fosters 🌿✨.

It’s a tough decision… should you exchange vows on the beach, or in the woods? If you’re someone like me, who loves all of it — the beaches, the forest, and the mountains… it can seem like an impossible choice.

Well if you choose to wed in the Olympic National Park, you don’t have to pick one over the other. You can have it all, just like this couple. That is the number one reason the ONP is truly my favorite for elopements & micro-weddings. You have all of the different landscapes you could desire within a close distance, to have the biggest adventure and to capture the best memories.
