I'll give you one guess as to who controlled this session.
Yes, you got it! Little man had us laughing and sweating with all of his "new-deeuhs" for photos. I'm already wishing I was back listening to his giggle during golden hour. ☀️

I know this mama has been waiting to see a sneak peek of her gorgeous family in the sunshine! There is nothing more PNW than this cute crew.

This senior has such a strong love of the water that she was counting down the minutes to be able to jump in for the end of our session.
I may or may not have been secretly hoping an orca was going to photo bomb us. haha

The sweetest little family that ever could be! I've had the pleasure of knowing this mama for many years, way before either of us had children, and somehow it feels like we met just last summer. Time is passing by so quickly and I am so grateful she continues to choose me to document all of the special moments in her life.

I had the sweetest evening with this adorable trio. Summer is easily my favorite season in Washington and I'm trying to wrap my brain around spending time indoors during the summer in Arizona. I am so glad I have a couple months left to soak up these long & warm nights.

Hey friends,

I have a few spots for my summer mini sessions this Sunday (July 19th) @ Fort Steilacoom park in Lakewood. I know it’s early for a lot of you to book, but just a reminder that I will not be booking individual family sessions this Fall. Please take advantage of this opportunity while you can!

Hey friends,
For those of you who missed my first message, this will be my last official summer in Washington. Our family is relocating to Arizona next Winter and my future for photographing families in the PNW will look a lot different. If you want a chance at a quick mini session before I leave, now is your chance to book. I have a few spots left for Fort Steilacoom Park on 7/19 and for Pioneer Park in Olympia on 8/16. Message me for details on time slots! I would love to see you.

I'm not moving for 7 months, which feels like a long time and my brain hasn't accepted it yet. Then I do a session with a family that I photograph every year and it hits me that this will be the last time I see them for awhile. I've been along their journey since they were dating, through engagement, marriage, two babies, and all of the memories in between.
If I show up to your session and say that the "wind" or "sun" is making my eyes water, I might be lying.
