In a 60k+ acre swampy WMA, no ATV, no cell service and extremely limited trail access, we used the thermal drone to locate a horse after she had been missing for almost 32 hours. Thanks to a local outdoorsman reporting a siting, we narrowed down the search area to about 3 square miles and located her just after sun-up Sunday morning. She was reunited with her owner, and thankfully unharmed by the wild environment she spent the night in.
