Matterport 3D tours! A lot of us Real Estate Mainers/Brokers don't care for the format... but....your buyers from away love them! 3D/360 tours definitely gained some ground this year due to the pandemic but Mainers are still slow to embrace the technology. 🤷‍♀️ If you are not incorporating 3D tours in your real estate marketing, I'd highly consider it. I am using a camera that takes less time to scan a home - which means less disruption time for your seller. Whether you hire me or your favorite Matterport photographer, incorporate a 3D tour!
