I loved getting to catch up with this family back in November! I photographed their oldest son's senior portraits, and I've gotten the wonderful opportunity to see these lovely people now for a third year! I loved hearing about how college is going for their oldest kiddo, and find out more about the youngest! These parents are total sweethearts themselves, so it's no wonder their boys are so great, too! Their session was SO WINDY--like, it was insane how windy it was--but they patiently waited between massive wind gusts with me and we managed to snap some really beautiful photos! So thankful!

I genuinely cannot get over the gorgeous fall colors from this beautiful morning session back in almost mid-November! I feel like the last few years with this family, I end up saying that session was the best one, but then they show up again and THAT one ends up my latest favorite! It was chilly but not windy, so that really helped with the smiles, and it THOUGHT about raining on us multiple times, but it never did! Honestly, the clouds did us a favor because they would have been staring directly into the sun had they not been there, and I desperately wanted this view for this beautiful family! Love, love, love these sweet babies and their incredibly kind, loving parents!

These adorable kids and their pups met me one very cold afternoon for their session, and they were total troopers! The sunset could not have been more epic, too--it was super cloudy and then BAM, the prettiest sunset!! So happy I could capture that for them!! Three of the four of these lovely humans were students of mine once upon a time, and my heart filled with literal joy hanging out with these four, just catching up on their lives and soaking in their love for one another. So, so thankful they asked me to photograph them yet again! Love you!!

This family also took me up on a morning shoot at the Christmas Tree Farm, and I can't get over how much fun we had! It was a lovely time laughing with these lovely humans amidst the fog! And we lucked out that it wasn't completely frigid that morning! The pups added their own level of fun to the family, and it made it that much more memorable for me (and hopefully for them as well!)! I loved getting to meet these wonderful people for the first time, and I hope to see them again!

This is the first year anyone has taken me up on doing a morning shoot at the Christmas Tree Farm, and it was foggy and glorious, and not even that cold! This sweet family drove like 45 minutes to get to me, and arrived right as I did, so they helped me set up! These sweet boys worked so hard, and I am so thankful for their help! I love these kids like they were my own nephews, and it has been such a gift to see them grow up before my eyes!

I haven't seen this gorgeous mama and her sweet daughter in a couple of years, so it was so lovely to reconnect with them at the tree farm! I truly love a Parent and Me session, because I really think it's so important for parents to get into the picture with their kids! This lovely mama gladly jumped into the picture with her beautiful daughter, and I had so much fun loving on them! ❤

I was so excited to meet this sweet mama for the first time at the Christmas Tree Farm along with her adorable girls! The girls did a great job smiling through the chill, and the lighting could not have been more perfect for their session! The cutest part is that I saw the youngest girl at my son's school the next day, and she ran up and gave me a big hug! What a family of sweeties! I loved my time with them!

Christmas may be over, but my Christmas Tree Farm sessions still hold my heart captive! We could not have had lovelier weather for these sessions! This sweet family has gifted me the chance to photograph them since this beautiful mama was pregnant with their first, and I have loved getting to see these little sweeties and their parents year after year! I love their goofiness, the giggles, and the silliness!

I get a lot of requests for shorter sessions for seniors who aren't looking for a really long session or multiple outfit or location changes, and I absolutely offer that as an option! I haven't seen this 2026 Senior in about seven or eight years, so it was really wonderful to see his family again as I snapped his senior portraits! And yes, I always try to snap a pic of every senior with whatever parent shows up with them that day--sometimes even the whole family! ❤

When I booked this family the day after Halloween, I actually thought to myself, "Wow, this is a great way to help kids burn off all that candy!" It was windy and chilly, but this family rocked their family session with me! I had such a blast being silly and goofy with these two boys, and watching their parents love on them was just so wonderful! Never be afraid to have fun during a session with me! Those moments may end up becoming your favorites!
