Hi guys!! Please take a moment to read my updated booking policy π
Some new things to consider prior to booking:
I have had a lot of issues with clients showing up late or cancelling last minute so I will now be implementing a $30 late fee after the 15 minute grace period. Your shoot will still end at the same time regardless of what time you arrive & the late fee will be added on to your final total. If I receive no communication after 15 minutes the shoot will be cancelled and unable to be rescheduled.
Please respect my time and your time as well! We want these photos to look amazing, not rushed! π₯°
Rescheduling & cancelling is acceptable but I must be given a 24 hour notice or you will have to pay an additional deposit to reschedule. I have limited availability and frequently book shoots weeks/months in advance. If you don't think you will make it to your shoot, please let me know as soon as you can so I can make that spot available for other clients (:
* Cancellations do not qualify for deposit refunds. If booking is cancelled without proper notice, you will be unable to reschedule/book future shoots.
Lastly, I will not tolerate clients or vendors being disrespectful/unkind to me or anyone on my team. This will automatically result in cancellations of all bookings, and if under contract, a clause will be added that nulls the agreement based on this behavior. No refunds will be given under any circumstances.
