My focus is on telling stories through images in an honest, unique and meaningful way. My goal is to capture the “perfectly imperfect” – images that excite hearts and remind families of the little details that make each person in their family unique. I’m so glad I caught this moment between baby B and his dad! He can look back and see how much fun his dad had playing with him and encouraging him, and Clint can be reminded of how small B used to be. Happy birthday to these two! I had the opportunity to photograph these twins this past Saturday with their mom at the Myriad Gardens, and we had way too much fun.

Apparently they’ve asked their mom when they can have another photo session! I’m sure it has nothing to do with the epic fight they had with leaves I told them to do, after which we spent 5 minutes picking leaves out of hair 😂😂😂

The photos I capture for families make them smile, laugh, and bring joy to their lives now. I loved delivering this gallery from this sweet baby girl’s newborn session to her parents. And then I thought to myself, 20 to 30 years from now, she is going to look at this image, see her grandma’s and mom’s big smile, and be reminded even from the beginning, how much she was loved and wanted. Knowing that the photos I create will continue to increase in value for each of the families I photograph, and remind people about how valuable they are and how much their lives matter? Don’t think I didn’t start sniffling a little bit. This photo will always have a place in my heart. Extremely grateful for clients who trust me to help them capture and help preserve memories.

I’m offering family portrait sessions at Pumpkinville THIS Sunday, October 13 from 5:30-6:30.

25 minute sessions available, beginning at 5:30 and 6:00 p.m. (two spots total).

For $299, you’ll receive a 25 min photo session and 10 digital portraits from your session (with the opportunity to purchase more).

As a special treat, Pumpkinville will be closed to the general audience during this time, and only limited to photographers and the families they will be photographing. That means less crowds, and more places to explore and capture amazing family portraits.

You and your furry (or non-furry?) animal love are invited to take part in my pet portrait sessions (other 2 legged immediate family members are also invited).

These sessions will take place on Sunday, October 13 beginning at 4 p.m.

For $299 you’ll receive:

* 30-35 min session
* 10 digital images (opportunity to purchase more)

Location TBD.

If your pet has a Halloween costume you’d like to incorporate into the session, I 100% support this.

If you and your pet have matching Halloween costumes, WE WILL ALL LIVE OUR BEST LIVES.
