Hey, y'all! Just wanted to introduce myself for those of you I haven't yet met. 😊
I answer to many names, but mostly Cari, Sweetie, or Mommy. Sometimes I'm even called Carl and I respond just the same... strangely. I'm saved by Jesus; the wife of my best friend; a homeschooling mama to my girl gang; and a photographer of all things newborns and families.
As a born-and-raised Texan, I'm a lover of sweet tea and dark chocolate and bake pumpkin bread from September to January. I live for Christmas (just ask anyone who knows me) and wish the season's magic could last all year. My closet holds a growing collection of graphic tees, skinny jeans, and tassel earrings.
There's no use discussing anything else about me if I don't acknowledge my "why." My babies are the reason I'm sleep-deprived and growing gray hairs, and they're also why I first picked up my camera. I wanted to freeze every waking moment into a visual keepsake that would outlive time.
I know the struggle of trying to capture meaningful moments of my family and later realizing just how much I was stuck behind the camera. I'm sure you know what I mean. It's in our mama nature to take pictures of our family, but how many show YOU snuggling your babies or smooching your honey? Not many? Let's fix that! I'd love to help your family create your own meaningful moments, giving you memories to cherish for all your tomorrows.
