SENIORS!!
It’s that time of year, whether you still need pictures for this year or you’re a ‘27 graduate and looking to book this summer or fall, let’s go over a few things for your session!
CLOTHING: Bring 2 or 3 outfits (depending on your time frame) to have some variety in attire and posing! Examples would include a more casual outfit, a formal one such as a dress for the ladies or some nice jeans and shirt for the gentlemen and your sports uniform/show attire or whatever activities you enjoy! Think about the colors that bring out your eyes and enhance your features! Avoid tight clothing that would uncomfortable.. (You might not think about it but it carries over into the photos if you’re not comfortable.)
LOCATION: The photographer will have certain locations in mind most of the time but if there’s somewhere special to you, suggest it! A family farm, your team’s ball field, an arena where you won your first buckle.. (If that’s possible.) they’re all places to suggest! It’s your session!
MAKEUP/HAIR: Wear what makes you feel comfortable but consider avoiding things like dark colors, heavy eyeliners/lashes and mascara! Think about your eye color, what eyeshadow colors make them stand out? What hairstyle do you feel comfortable styling/getting your picture taken with?
Everyone is different and has a different style so just some things to consider in your consultation with your photographer! ☺️
These aren’t just for seniors, it’s all shoots! Let me know if you have any questions or suggestions in the comments! Everyone, have a beautiful day!
