I do this little dance every time a women realizes her worth👏🏼

Almost every single inquiry I get says “I want to wait until I lose a few more lbs…”
And trust me, I get it and have thought that myself before booking photos.

But you know what?

I’ve never regretted a single photoshoot I’ve done. Because my body has done so much for me. It’s carried me through every stage of this messy, beautiful life. It’s been cut open and worn down and fit and chubby and I LOVE IT through all of those stages.

It’s time we show the younger girls how to love their body, not how their body should look. It’s time we teach self love and confidence, rather than dysmorphia and comparison. There’s no rule book to a female body. We are all different shapes, sizes, colors— and that’s what makes us beautiful.

Appreciate your body where it is now and how far it has gotten you. It may take awhile to unlearn all those things we’ve learned from magazines as children, but it will come with time and practice.

So start practicing today ♥️
