NO GENERATIVE AI elements are ever added. Photography started out as a form of therapy for me. After witnessing a horrifying tragic event I went through a significant period of depression. Never able to get the terrible imagery out of my head, I dove into photography to try take as many images as a I could to replace the horrible, with something I found interesting. I never imagined it would have

developed into a profession. However after getting numerous requests to purchase prints I decided it was time to try my hand at Professional Photography. Good morning !

Not too much longer before we begin Moose photography season here. I am really looking forward to this fall and trying to add some compelling moose images to my catalog. I have seen a ton of Moose here in Maine over the years BUT that was back in my days of 4 wheeling and long before I thought of photography as anything more than a goofy hobby for people that hate money.
I am pretty sure I only have 2 moose images in the 9ish years I have been at this and this one here was taken in the very early days of me learning my way around a camera. I bought my first camera in March of 2017 and this was captured a bit later that year in October. I was no where near set up for this as I am these days. This one was shot on my old workhorse Nikon D750 with the 24-120 kit lens. This time around I will have no excuses. I have all the gear I need and a month and a half to get it done. Hopefully the moose are not camera shy !

Today and tomorrow I will be at The Ogunquit Photography Gallery at 119 Perkins Cove. We are open everyday from 10-6pm

Good Morning !

Sorry for no posting all week. We had a bunch of work being done at the house along a bunch of other non photography related tasks to accomplish.
However it is Thursday so that means it is time for me to be at The Ogunquit Photography Gallery. We are at 119 Perkins Cove and we are open everyday from 10-6.
This is one from my trip to The Outer Banks back in May. I still have dozens of bear images I have not even looked at yet. I don't think I have shared this one. If I did...oh well here it is again !

Good morning !

Summer is winding down and that means I am starting to think a whole lot more about being behind the camera rather than behind a sales checkout counter.
Most years when fall rolls around I kind of just wing it a bit and take last minute trips to places I hope to see amazing things.
This year we are taking a little different approach. I booked a spot for my camper for 40 days in the heart of moose and foliage country. I will still be home each week to cover my gallery shifts but on the days off I will be searching The North Maine woods for one single iconic moose image that has been rattling around in my brain since I became a wildlife photographer. I figured this is the year to really commit to this and put in the effort. That way at least if it is another failed attempt I will be able to say I did my best.
I know a few of you here are way more interested in stories and new images then you are in seeing what is selling at the gallery and I promise you this fall I am going to my absolute best to bring you all new images with new stories and new adventures.
For today however, I will be at The Ogunquit Photography Gallery. We are at 119 Perkins Cove in Ogunquit Maine and we are open everyday from 10-6

Good morning !

Here is the newest group of images that Nubble Lighthouse Gift Shop has chosen to display and carry for sale heading into the fall season. These are available as matted prints in sizes 5x7, 8x10, and 11x14 and can be purchased directly from The Nubble Lighthouse Gift Shop.
As for today, I will be back at The Ogunquit Photography Gallery at 119 Perkins Cove in Ogunquit Maine and we are open everyday from 10-6pm

Good morning !

I am certainly not trying to rush things along as I would very much love this month to last forever. However, requests for foliage and snow images have been coming in loud and fast this week.
Here is one I captured a few years back at Screw Auger Falls in western Maine.
I hope you all are having a wonderful late season summer weekend. I will be at The Ogunquit Photography Gallery all day today from 10-6. We are at 119 Perkins Cove in Ogunquit Maine.

I’d like to think it was with my impeccable taste in music that facilitated this sale. I was listening to the 80’s band - Tesla and that landed just right with the collector that chose this piece. We nerded out over the 80’s rock scene and a week or so later they were back for this 24x72 Float Frame Canvas of sunrise on Marginal Way.
I know many of you are looking at this photo and thinking “ Corey, are you sure it wasn’t those handsome legs that closed the deal” but I am fairly sure it was the music !

Good morning !

I was not able to create any new images this week before heading back to work at The Ogunquit Photography Gallery. However I do still have a couple to share from last week's adventure to downeast Maine.
This one features The northern end of The Milky Way with some glorious magenta and green air glow along with a shooting star from Persied Meteor shower.

In my latest installment of “I am surrounded by the most talented people on earth”.

If you are in the Portland Maine area on August 26th and a fan of amazing art then this is an event you should check out. I discovered Justine’s work because we are in neighboring galleries and while the absolute best of her work is the amazing wall pieces I have small obsession with the baseball hats she produces. However this just might be the night one of her wall pieces comes home with me
