This boy.... 🤍 isn’t he such a little dreamboat!?

Did your kids love or hate the cake? It’s such a toss up! Haha mom was sure this guy would destroy his cake because he loves food! But I don’t know if it was the camera or what, but he wasn’t super sure about it! Haha 😂 either way, cake smashes are always a memory to be had. I love love doing them! 💙

Happy Saturday! ✨ hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful, sunny weekend! 💕 my morning started out with taking our pup to the vet because he woke up lethargic and left side of jaw area swollen 🥴 turns out he got bit by a spider or stung by a bee in the middle of the night last night? 🧐 super strange. Glad it wasn’t anything more serious though! He’s sleeping the day away recovering. Poor dude. Haha @ The Ogden Click

We are all on different paths and stages of motherhood. We all have different strengths and weaknesses. Our experiences are all so different but we are all in it together. This bombshell beauty had her sweet baby girl on the 1st 😍 we are birthday buddies! 🥳 I was so grateful I got the opportunity to capture both her announcement and the end of pregnancy. My returning, loyal families make my heart swell with gratitude 🥰 be prepared for OVERLOAD from this gorgeous maternity session bc I can’t believe they are real life! 🤩 @ Antelope Island State Park

Hellooo! 🤗 I haven’t shown myself for the almost year I’ve been here, so I figured my birthday is a good time to introduce myself! I am indeed a real person with a face 😂 just a few random facts about me... ⠀
⠀
1. I love to laugh. I’m silly and quirky and diffuse awkward situations with humor and additional awkwardness. Comedies are my favorite and I’m not afraid to be a fool to make someone laugh. ⠀
⠀
2. Chaos is a friend of mine. Haha I struggle with schedules and get bored with routine, although I know it would make my life easier. ⠀
⠀
3. I was the biggest tomboy ever growing up and still mostly am to this day.⠀
⠀
4. I am competitive as they come whether it’s a board game, lawn game, or playing sports. I will go all out and fight tooth and nail to beat you 😂 ⠀
⠀
5. I played competitive softball and went to college on scholarship for it. I attended SLCC and The University of Utah. I played mostly shortstop but went onto college as a catcher. I learned some of the most valuable lessons of my life on the field.⠀

6. I got my Bachelors Degree in Human Development and Family Studies with an emphasis in child development. I love the infant through toddler years- their little minds are fascinating! ⠀

7. I have a sweet tooth of the devil. I LOVE rich, decadent, chocolatey goodness. 🤤🤤🤤 ⠀

8. I love animals. I know an absurd number of facts about million wild animals, can name like 500 dog breeds, and I LOVE watching nature documentaries and learning! When I take my kids to the library I may or may not check out an animal encyclopedia for myself 🙊😂⠀

9. I am outgoing and talkative- got me in quite some trouble in school 😜 I love hugs and making friends! Genuinely love to create relationships! I’m an open book about anything and everything and love to share experiences to entertain or help others not feel alone! ⠀

10. I am obsessed with all things pregnancy, labor, delivery, and newborn. I think I missed my true calling as a doula or midwife 😂 I choose to go the unmedicated route for myself and it is the most empowering, amazing, serene experience I have ever done.⠀

The one time in my life I’ve been feeling a leg up on other photographers... While they are stressing about content to post while we aren’t shooting, I’m here with like 20 sessions I’ve never posted 🤪🤣🤣 jk this is NOT a good thing. But at least that’s one thing I’m not stressing about 😂

This was one of my favorite shoots to date. It was in the fall (my fav) and the family and location and weather could not have been more perfect. They announced their pregnancy on this shoot and are due in a few short weeks with the little darling 😍 I can’t wait to show you their maternity pictures! 🔥 @ Ogden, Utah

I took this beautiful friend of mine’s pictures at the beginning of March and was supposed to photograph her birth and newborn photos as well this month. Neither of those obviously happened. And I’m crushed. 💔

When she posted that he was here 2 weeks ago, the anticipation and butterflies I usually get as one of my babies arrives was replaced with a pang of angst in my heart. I couldn’t rush to the hospital all giddy-like as I do and take WAY too many pictures of a fresh from heaven baby. I couldn’t hug my friend and see her little girl meet her baby brother. This was the first of my scheduled babies I’ve had to miss, and man even though I knew it was happening.... it didn’t suck any less for the reality to hit. @ The Ogden Click
