What a weekend for camping. Just in case, here are a few helpful tips:

Take the high ground. In case of flooding or an animal attack, you will receive a proper warning by the screams of the ground campers.

Never hike alone. Bring a friend that is slower than you in case of an animal attack.

Never try to make friends with a raccoon; they will just steal your food and laugh about it with their friends.

The guitar of the noisy teenager at the next campsite magically transforms into excellent kindling.

A tent mate's snoring can be silenced with a string from a hoodie.

Helpful pickup lines while camping:

"Are you a campfire? Because you’re super hot and I want s’more."

"Do you believe in love at first hike, or should we walk by each other again?"

"I must be a compass, because my heart is pointing straight north... and slightly towards you."

"Are you my bear canister? Because you look un-bear-ably adorable and I want to lock you up in my tent."

"You can toast your marshmallows over my heart bonfire anytime."
