I’ve been doing some thinking lately, and I’ve decided that moving forward, wedding previews will always be delivered directly to my couples before they’re shared anywhere on social media.

For a long time, I shared sneak peeks on Facebook first. But recently something about that started to feel a little off to me.

You deserve the chance to see your wedding photos before anyone else does.

You deserve the opportunity to open that gallery together, relive those moments privately, and soak it all in before the rest of the world gets a glimpse into such a deeply personal day.

The thought that friends, family, or even strangers scrolling social media could potentially see your images before you had the chance to felt misaligned with the experience I want to create for my couples.

Your wedding photos aren’t content first. They’re your memories. They’re the beginning of your family’s story.

I get asked all the time what my favorite thing to photograph is.

And genuinely — I cannot answer that question.

How do you explain that every session type lights your soul on fire in completely different ways?

Wedding days carry this electricity that’s impossible to describe until you’ve felt it. The energy, the anticipation, the gorgeous details, the tears, the way every moment feels heavy with meaning. It’s unreal.

Engagement sessions feel like the beginning of something so big. Such a playful, exciting season where it’s still just the two of you—dreaming, planning, building the foundation of your future together.

Maternity sessions are soft in a completely different way. Tender. Slow. Full of anticipation. A tiny pause in time to honor the miracle your body is growing and nurturing before life changes forever.

Newborn sessions? Pure heart explosion. Slow and sleepy and emotional in the quietest way. Watching parents lovingly admire this tiny new life that suddenly takes up every inch of their hearts gets me every single time.

Milestone sessions are just FUN. Getting to preserve those tiny personalities as they start to bloom during the first year of life is so special because every version of them is gone almost as quickly as it arrives.

Bo***ir sessions are empowering in the most electric way. Sensual, confident, freeing. Showing clients the back of my camera and watching that “holy sh*t… THAT’S ME?!” moment unfold will never get old.

And family sessions—those are about presence. Slowing down. Playing. Loving on each other without distractions. No phones, no rushing around. Just connection and the people who matter most.

Every season of life carries something worth preserving.
And somehow I get to be trusted with all of it.
