We wanted to formally let you all know that after a lot of thought, we've decided to permanently shut down Studio Adorn. With how much time I personally spend in the studio now for my sessions, we decided that there simply isn't a way to rent it out anymore.

We want to thank you all SO much, from the bottom of our hearts, for renting the studio out over the years. We saw so many amazingly creative photo sessions take place inside these walls, and met a ton of wonderful photographers.

We opened the studio in 2013, and somehow that feels like just a few months ago. I remember sitting inside Starbucks with Craig stuffing hundreds of flyers into envelops to send out to photographers around the Orlando area. We weren't sure if Studio Adorn would be a success or not, but as with all things, you never know until you try!

We were so excited to see how many creatives came our way very shortly after we opened! We poured our hearts (and lots of sweat!) into creating this beautiful space, and seeing photographers around Central Florida and beyond find Studio Adorn a place to call home for their sessions was really special to us.

Thank you all for renting from us, and for treating our studio with respect and love. Your support over the course of 7 years means so much to us, and we couldn't be more grateful! We hope to see you all around, and we wish you all an abundance of success!

Fun fact: one of our previous renters just recently joined our Lovely in Lace team! How fun!

I'm so excited to be adding to my team! I'm looking to hire a photographer who will take up to 3 bo***ir sessions per week in our studio. We photograph over 120 women/year, and we have such a great time in the studio!

Lovely renters, I have something I'd like to say. And I absolutely wish I didn't feel the need to post this, but it's gotten out of control lately...truthfully.

We absolutely adore you all. We love sharing our space with you. Together as husband and wife, we've spend countless hours (YEARS) and a lot of money to create a space that is multi-functional for all styles and personalities of our renters. We love seeing what you all create here! We happily open our arms and our space to fellow creatives, and we love seeing the excitement on your faces when you walk in for the first time!

However, lately, we come into the studio after our renters leave only to find the studio in complete disarray. We specifically ask our renters to tidy up. Leave things as they found them for the next renter (and for me when I have my sessions as well). We simply ask "leave things clean and organized." Furniture doesn't have to be 100% where you found it, but it does need to be presentable.

More often than not, we walk in finding the studio a mess. Unfortunately, today this is what I walked into. Mind you, I have my own session here today and had to spend 20 minutes cleaning up after yesterday's renter before my client arrived.

We want to continue offering this space to you. We have always been so very flexible with our renters, and have been very easy going on the whole "please organize the space when you're done" situation. But it's gotten so out of hand. 😔 It truly makes us sad that we offer this beautiful space, only to return to messes like this. It makes us feel walked all over and completely disrespected.

If you rent from us, we simply ask to leave the studio as you found it. Clean, organized, welcoming for the next renter. We have a cleanup fee for situations like this and we try not to charge it, but unfortunately we will have to start getting more strict as this has become more and more of an issue.

Thank you, as always, for bringing your clients to this space. It was designed with so much love, and we simply ask for our renters to love and care for it as we do.
