Hawaii Part 2: After spending some time on Oahu, we flew to the Big Island for our first ever visit. We took the public transit to Hawai'i Volcano National Park, where we stayed at Kilauea Military Camp. Unfortunately, our plans of backpacking most of the park were dashed by the government closure. We still hiked around Kilauea Iki Crater, the Nāhuku Lava Tube, Hōlei Sea Arch, and Pu‘uloa Petroglyphs.

Hawaii Part 1: Catching up on some travel pictures. This first set is from our visit to Hawaii back in Sept - Oct. We visited Oahu first, going back to some of our favorite places and of course getting to eat at north shore shrimp trucks.
