HEYY!
I know it has been a hot minute since I posted... by hot minute I mean like 5 months BUTTT...
I just wanted to say I'm still here just trying to figure out some things for my business here.
I will be updating my page soon and show you all what I have been working on while I have taken a little break! But for know enjoy these few of my little family❤

📢📢Don't you dare apologize!

I have had so many girlfriends apologize to me because they need to take time for themselves or they are MIA because they are working bettering themselves and you know what, It makes me so mad that they do that.😡

Why?

📢Because you should not have to apologize for taking time to do what you need to do to be happy.

Don't you dare apologize for putting yourself first! Take the time you need to be happy. 💗

If you need to go get breakfast by yourself🥞, go to the beach by yourself⛱, go shopping by yourself🛍, go get a mani pedi💅🏽, go get a massage💆🏽‍♀️, take a nap😴. Whatever it is to get yourself to feel okay again do not apologize for it.

Just remember you are human and you are allowed to have bad days! So don't apologize for taking time to better yourself! In fact girl I applaud you! Good for you focusing on your happiness 👏👏

Excuse me while I just😭😍

Everyone meet Jamie & Josh (and their little peanut who has yet to make their appearance😆)!

I reached out to Jamie a few weeks ago because I had followed her for a bit and came to know that she is obsessed with plants. So when I had an idea to do some sessions at an adorable greenhouse she was the first to come to mind.
Thankfully she didn't think I was a weirdo and agreed to do a session with me! I mean look at these!!!😍😍😍 I could not be more happy with how these came out!! Stay tuned for more from this session because I'm a little obsessed 😍🌿

HEYYY! I have a quick request….

Just thought it was about time to post again… OOPS…

But now that we have been in California for a bit and we have had time to settle into our new space and our new state, I thought it was time to get my butt back in my business.

So, with that I have a few things in the works for my business to get back behind the camera and back in the swing of things.

Spent the evening yesterday with this precious family!

🎊When was the last time you did something for you?🎊

Seriously? When? About a month ago I was asking myself the same thing.
We are going to get personal for a second.
A month ago I was so unhappy with the way I looked and felt and decided to make a change in my everyday life.…
I decided to join Beach Body🏋🏽‍♀️ (No I am not a coach. Just working on me right now😊) because I was sick and tired of everyday feeling like 💩 and knowing that I needed to be doing more for my body.
I quit making the excuses and just did the damn thing.
Let me tell ya that it is one of the best decisions I have ever made! 🎉 I finally feel incredible. Now granted I have been only doing it for a month but I don't feel tired all the time anymore and feel healthier and stronger!
I did it for me! To make myself feel better about how I look and feel. I have gained so much more confidence in myself and it feels AHmazing. 💖 I have only lost a few lbs and have much more work to do but just wanted to share that if you want something
📢GO GET IT!
Quit making the excuses and just do it! Trust me, before I had ALL the excuses.

Tell me what you love to do for you? Is it getting your nails done💅? Going on a shopping spree🛍? Going out with the girls🍷? Going to the beach by yourself🏖?

Spent yesterday evening with these awesome ladies!!! Had a blast taking these for them!!
Being that this was my first shoot since being here in California I was a bit nervous but I would say it was a success 😊
They all did so good! Thanks for the fun last night❤
