You can't compare yourself with others. We are all at a different place physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Which is why you also can't compare yourself to who you used to be and the things that you used to be able to do because we also are in a very different place physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually then we were 5 years ago. All we can do is take it one day at a time, do the best we can and be happy with that. God doesn't expect us to be perfect he just expects us to give our best, so never allow anyone, including yourself, to expect more than that.
