🚨 EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY 🚨
I’ve made the decision that I will no longer be posting identifiable images of children on my photography page, permission or not.
With everything happening with AI and the ways children’s images can potentially be misused, I feel strongly that protecting children has to come before my business.
I will still absolutely photograph beautiful moments between parents and their children, and I’ll be happy to help families pose in ways that keep their child’s face and identity hidden so they can still share their session online without unnecessarily exposing their child. 🤍
I’ll also be going through my page and removing previously posted images of children, including images of my own child.
This is a personal decision I feel convicted about, but one I believe is worth making. Children deserve privacy and protection, even in a world where sharing their lives online has become so normal.
Their safety will always matter more to me than a photograph.
