Velvet Muse was never about becoming someone else’s idea of beautiful. It’s about the everyday woman becoming her own muse. Not for the male gaze. Not for likes and not because someone else told her she looked good.

For her damn self 👏

Because there is something so powerful about seeing yourself differently. ***ir

Stop negotiating with the woman in the mirror. She’s not asking for permission. She’s asking you to fu***ng notice her for once. 🖤

Yes I know it’s October, and yes I am aware Halloween hasn’t even happened yet.. I may look like a spooky bitch but my heart belongs to the Christmas season. The second November hits, we will be living in a hallmark movie. Who else is ready for the holiday magic? ***ir
