It’s important as men to share how we feel with our brothers. In my opinion, as often as possible. We leave so much money on the table when it comes to emotional support. A lot of our lives could be navigated with so much more ease if we could be vulnerable with one another.

Tell that man you’re proud of him. 🤝🏾
Tell that man you miss him. 🤞🏾
Tell that man you appreciate him.🙏🏾
Tell that man you love him. ❤️

Somewhere along the way I heard someone say “be the change you wanna see in the world” and I took that personal.

All my brothers are in beautiful partnerships and as a man that loves love, I love to see it. Commitment when chosen is a beautiful thing and I’ve seen it transform every one of them. So I had to make sure they knew how I felt as a brother supportive of the vision. 🙌🏾🙏🏾❤️

Been realizing that every day is the newest iteration of my best life. It’s a wonderful focal point to have. It makes every experience meaningful… makes moments rich and rare. So I’m thankful for life and all those in it… especially the ones that are disrupting and daring to be different. I love yall. ❤️🙏🏾

Looking forward to continuing the work and building with my people. 🙏🏾⚡️🍾

Baseball is back on in Oakland! 🕺🏾🙌🏾

Had the opportunity to catch the .ballers opening day and it was LIT. Honestly didn’t know the games got so packed.

But before I went to the game, I made sure to soak up some sun and have some fun over at . They had live music and couple restaurants had specials for the Ballers fans. I got a big mug from and some fries from

It was a lovely day, and with summer around the corner, I’m looking for to some more it. 😎🕺🏾🙏🏾🙌🏾

RECENTLY was introduced to this song at and it has had a hold on me ever since.

What it’s bringing up for me is my relationship with triumph, and in particular how I’ve come to look at the most traumatic event of my life as a blessing.

Broken is not synonymous with finished. But when I first broke my leg that’s what I thought. So here almost 3 years later, I’m happy to say I’m far from finished. Didn’t always hold perspective like this, but that’s why I like this song. It reminds me of the times where I truly had to surrender and accept my situation… but I’m all the better because of it. 🙌🏾

Somehow I wound up studying … and while doing tht I couldn’t help but realize how crazy literally everything is. Lol I will never be able to fully articulate how bizarre life is… so I made a video 😅🤓😜

The Southeast Asian New Year celebration at Clinton Park was filled with vibrant energy, bringing together communities from across the diaspora in a space rooted in love and joy.

From captivating cultural performances to meaningful acts of giving clothes, diapers, haircuts, and massages. The event truly showed what community care looks like. There was incredible food, endless youth activities, and an atmosphere full of warmth and connection. It was a beautiful gathering of people seeking a space to be themselves, celebrate their identities, and share their cultures with pride.

Glad to be apart of this historic event, thank you and shout out to and all the other organizers for putting this on for this community.

With no any conflict or fights, it truly proved to be a safe space where different generations and peoples could come together and enjoy one another’s company. 🕺🏾🙏🏾‼️

Much love and much gratitude to for her class “Release Tension, Create Space”. The purpose of the class is to “melt deep layers of tension, support pain release, restore mobility” and it did just that!

Within the first 5 mins I was ballin, str8 waterworks… but it’s because of that I knew how much I had been holding onto, and therefore how necessary the space Nadia was holding was. We all hold on to things, and that’s ok. But letting things go has to be a choice, it rarely happens on its own. And in my belief that begins with . And Nadia gracefully created space for her students to see and feel themselves with the goal of leaving less encumbered.

10/10 recommend, which is why is sharing this with you, my friend. 🕺🏾😇🫶🏾
