In loving memory of my beautiful son Harley David, aka "Harley-Lee", "Boobah", "Boo Boo", "B***y B***y", 13.5 wonderful years together, my buddy through thick and thin. Harley was my first puppy, a smart, sweet and good boy, my soulmate heart dog. He taught me a lot about being a good mom and how to truly live in the present moment, he brought a new positive meaning to my life. I will miss him scraping at the door to come inside (and stepping on my foot on his way out), the sound of his toes tapping on the floor, doing his different tricks and training, bringing me his favorite soccer to play with, howling and barking to say hi to the neighbors (and squirrels, and birds)... he really did bring so much happiness to many people, everywhere we went.

Harley was the inspiration for most of my creative endeavors throughout the years - I would have never made dog clothes, or become a pet photographer, or publish a book without my little boobah. He was a proud dog model and loved to have his picture taken!

We had a really wonderful last week together, filled with trips to his favorite places, visits with human and dog friends, and lots of treats and roasted chicken. He left this world peacefully in my arms with his favorite soccer toy and blankie. I love you Harley, mommy's special boy!! ❤️😭
