So grateful for my amazing friend Barbara.

Not only is she one of my favorite people that I’ve worked with, but her cooking is phenomenal. This meal she created is entirely vagan, with breaded and fried mushrooms, tacos, tostadas and other Latin classics with sauces and salsas worth licking off the plate.
