Dani Padgett Weddings Hi! My name is Dani. I work with my husband, Maverick and together we photograph weddings, elopement We don’t follow a formula. We respond to what we see.

Our aim with Dani Padgett Weddings is to make photographs that tell the story of your wedding in a creative and sincere way. We are looking for those honest moments: the nerves, the tears, a proud parent's smile, crazy dance moves, quiet exchanges of friendship and love. We realize that every wedding is different and that no one wants generic wedding photographs. Our aim is to collaborate with you

, to make you feel comfortable, and to set about telling the story of your day in a way that lets you and your loved ones be yourselves, no matter how unusual or wacky that may be. We want to give you real photographs of the people that you love, photographs that you can keep forever.

Just updated my website!
Heading into 2026 with something new
I’ve been craving a site that feels like my work does—full of movement, heart, and a little chaos in the best way. A space that honors my couples and families, celebrates joy and quiet tenderness, and holds space for every emotion a wedding day brings.
It’s also got a few new things I’m so proud of—Super 8 films and our black-and-white Photo Booth now have a home of their own.

Beautiful Pawan. One of my favorite parts of this work is that, if I’m lucky, I get to see my clients again as the years go by. I first met Kyle and Pawan in 2020 to photograph their engagement. Plans shifted with Covid, and in the end my family and I traveled to Hawaii to document their intimate North Shore wedding. We not only met their family but felt so fully embraced by their warmth and love. His relatives held my 5 month old baby as I documented their backyard reception. ❤️
(Including three wedding photos because it makes me happy)

Fast forward to last month—when I got to see them again, this time to celebrate their pregnancy and growing family. We caught up, nerded out about how cool Kyle’s grandma is, and it all felt so easy and lovely and full. I’m endlessly grateful that this work puts me in the path of such beautiful people.
