After we’re finished scanning a property , the virtual tour is sent to the Matterport cloud to render, that process usually takes takes around 1-2 h

After rendering , we edit the walkthrough, add features like Mattertags, create floor plans, add notes and highlights to show off the best parts of your property. We use notes to add highlight details about the property - showing new tile, a remodeled kitchen or bath, anything you want to highlight in your listing can be added with notes and mattertags
