A post for Rachel Dahnke 's mom

This mom was present the entire wedding, I don't remember not seeing her while I was there. You could feel the love she has for her daughters, and the love they have for her.

Rachel surprised her mom with a mother daughter dance, and let me tell you when I say I cried, I SOBBED. Picture me there, on the sidelines, with my camera, trying to hide the ugly cry. A good mother daughter moment ALWAYS gets me good at a wedding. Its so special, and its something that deserves to be captured.

7/23 Update: Monica's family has been told she is in the final phase of life. Please pray/send heartfelt thoughts for my sweet friend & her family.

A dear friend of mine - her mama is going through the unimaginable.

Monica has had unexpected health issues arise in the last year and her life has been flipped upside down. Back in early May she was given two weeks to live, thankfully shes beating those odds and she gets extra time with her family.

Stage 4 Kidney Failure & Nonalcoholic cirrhosis of the liver.
She is recently been placed on hospice care. Everyday single she is in pain. But she more than "Monica on hospice"

She is a mother - to 4 daughters
She is a Nene - to 10 grandchildren
She is a Michael Jackson super fan
She collects decks of cards, at the last count she had 1500+ (still growing her collection)
Before she became sick, she loved to travel on her motorcycle (her bike is named Sugarbear), she was always one to go for an adventure.

From the moment I found my friend was having to watch her mama go through this I knew I had to do something for her. As someone who has lost her mom at a young age, I WISH so so badly that I had some pictures to reflect back on like these.

Send this family all the love you possibly can during this difficult time as they navigate life day to day. I am attaching her gofundme - please share her story, send love, good vibes, prayers.
