It’s official here! Happy publication day ! A huge congratulations to my friend on a job well done. It was this time one year ago that Blair and I were full blown planning mode for our book shoot days. I was set-building, prop sourcing and wondering how on earth we were going to shoot 85 recipes, portraits, and process photos in 6 days. Long, long shoot days were how. But amidst the 15 hour, chaotic, shoot days, there were a lot of laughs, honest conversations, beautiful kiwi garnishes and some persimmon stress…because winter is the worst time to be sourcing produce. I also learned about Blair’s love for the female figure and all things s*x organs. She sneakily styled produce accordingly 😂.
This book was a labor of love. I am so proud to have been a part of bringing Blair vision to life with . I can finally share our collective work.
Side note, I became a matcha drinker after these shoots, so many stellar recipes in this book if you love matcha. I feel like I’m now in a club filled with fashionable green beverage drinkers, which look infinitely more stylish than everyday coffee drinkers.
Thank you to my new and dear friend Blair, for your trust in this project. I adore you and had an absolute blast working with you on this.
