It’s been quite rainy lately, keeping us indoors way too often…
But…yesterday was the perfect day for an outdoor portrait session & I have to say that I love the way these previews turned out!

I’ll get back to editing tomorrow and answering any pending emails but wanted to also give a heads up that I’ll likely be out of office for much of July (personal family matters). I’ll keep you posted and if we already have something on the books, not to worry as nothing will change! 🫶🏻

Hey friends!
I know it’s been a minute since I’ve shared any work but I was just trying make it to the end of May, ya know…

Now that we’ve made it to the end of another school year, I can finally exhale and rest.

Just kidding! I’ll still be working…only now I’ll be doing it with 2 teenagers who either want me to take them somewhere, give them money, or all of the above.

Here’s the thing though: I’ve finally hit that point in parenthood where time is passing so quickly that it sometimes takes my breath away. My tiny babies are 13 & 17, y’all.

So…when I get to photograph little clients like these sweet siblings, the joy it brings me is immense. How sweet are these kiddos?!?

I’ll try to do better about posting but summer is typically a bit chaotic so my consistency is…not great?

I hope to see you all soon! 🫶🏻

I’ve been asked a few times if kids were allowed to book a headshot during our happy hour events and the answer is YES*!
*older tweens & teens or, because these sessions are very quick, kiddos who are VERY comfortable in front of a camera.

There are usually several other clients in the studio with Sara and I so being comfortable in front of other eyes is also a good thing!

We do serve adult beverages at happy hour but we also have other, non-adult beverages. It sometimes gets a tiny bit boisterous but for the most part, it’s chill.

A while back, Brighid came to happy hour for headshots but last week, she brought her son in. I think they did a fantastic job!
