AeroDeploy is asking everyone in the commercial drone industry to pay attention to FCC Public Notice 26-189.
If this moves forward as currently written, the impact on Drone Service Providers could be significant, and companies like AeroDeploy would be directly affected.
Our teams support critical work across telecom, construction, infrastructure, LiDAR, thermal inspections, mapping, and other commercial applications. These operations depend on the ability to safely deploy proven drone technology at scale.
This is bigger than one company.
It affects pilots, contractors, service providers, manufacturers, customers, and the businesses that have invested heavily in building the commercial drone industry in the United States.
Requests from the Commercial Drone Alliance and DroneResponders to extend the September 2 comment deadline have reportedly been denied, leaving very little time for the industry to respond.
We encourage every operator, business owner, pilot, customer, and industry partner to watch the video we are sharing, understand what is being proposed, and submit a comment to the FCC.
If you work in this industry, your voice matters.
Please take the time to get informed, submit a comment, and share this with your network.
The future of the commercial drone industry deserves to be part of this conversation.
Sorry, I tried to make this short, but this is too important to ski...
