First Course
Homemade Caesar salad and dressing w Parmesan cheese and toasted Ciabatta. It’s a mustard based version.
Course Two
Scallops from cooked in butter garlic and lemon sauce on a bed of cauliflower basil purée.
Course Three
Filet mignon from cooked medium rare of course :)
Cooked in beef tallow and finished w olive oil and Icelandic black salt.
For our side we had roasted carrots in a cilantro yogurt sauce.
