Dear Realtor friends. If you are needing photos and an upcoming listing in the next few weeks, please get a hold of me as quickly as possible to book your spot. I have limited timeslots for the next few weeks because of the holiday this week, and next week I will be leaving Thursday morning to take my daughter to softball Nationals in Detroit. The sooner you book it the better and if we need to change it, we can do that. I hope you all have an amazing Fourth of July. God bless America.

Just a couple things to remember with this heat and humidity from your favorite RE Photographer
🔥 Please do NOT have your clients turn the air off or set it to 80 because they have moved.
🔥 If you are meeting me at the location to let me in please be on time. If I am there before you, I will generally get the outside done and any drone work if needed. But after that, if you’re not there, my choice is to sit in my car and let it idle with the air conditioning on or sit in my car without the AC on And wait for you. I don’t like to do either. 😜😜
🔥 My time in house does get just a touch longer. Mainly because I am a large fella and quick movements cause me to sweat, but also the lens on my camer will tend to fog going from inside to outside 📸📸📸
🔥 i do not need the homeowners or their kids or pets to leave. I can generally work around them so they don’t have to leave the comfort of their home.
