To every person who has ever stood in front of my lens: thank you.
Being trusted with your milestones, your growing families, and your most precious moments has been one of the greatest honors of my professional life. You haven’t just been “clients”—you’ve been collaborators, muses, and the steady encouragement that allowed me to keep showing up for a dream that has lived in me for a very long time.
As many of you know, being an artist is not a destination—it’s a continual unfolding. I’ve been a student for quite a while, and right now I’m choosing to continue my studies with my whole self fully invested. I’m stepping deeper into my Fine Arts and Graphic Design work, grounding myself in the foundations that shaped me and pushing toward the artist I know I’m becoming.
Because of that, I’ve made the decision to step back from regular professional portrait sessions for the time being. This doesn’t come lightly. Portraiture has given me so much connection and meaning—but my truest creative center has always lived in Fine Art photography, and I need to protect the space and energy required to nurture that work.
To be clear: anyone who has already booked a session will absolutely still receive their session as planned. I’m so grateful for your trust, and those commitments remain intact.
Moving forward, I will make myself available on select occasions and during certain seasons, with specific dates and limited time slots released in advance. These will be intentional, focused offerings rather than ongoing availability—and I’m excited to approach them with fresh energy and presence when they arise.
While I’m stepping back from consistent client work, I’m not stepping away from creating. I’ll continue sharing work that is deeply meaningful to me—my fine art pieces, personal projects, and sessions I feel inspired to create, often involving my friends and family as collaborators and subjects.
If you’d ever like to volunteer as a subject for a future project, I’d love that too. In exchange for your time and trust, I’d be happy to create and share work with you. If this resonates, I can add you to a potential model list for upcoming personal or fine art projects as inspiration calls.
Between working full-time, continuing my degree, and—most importantly—being the most present mother I can be for my daughter, I’ve learned that I can’t give endlessly without intention. To be the best artist, mother, and human I can be, I have to honor my limits and focus my energy where it matters most.
As part of this shift, my website and online booking options will be taken down for the time being. However, this space isn’t disappearing—my Facebook and instagram will remain active, and that’s where I’ll continue to share my work, personal projects, and any future availability when it opens.
Thank you for walking alongside me, for believing in my work, and for continuing to support this evolving chapter. This isn’t an ending—it’s a deepening. And I’m so grateful you’re here for it. 🤍
