Sweet Smiles Photography I endeavored into the field of photography as a hobbyist just as my
first child came into the world.

It became a passion for me to capture
the true essence of parenthood and child development. I view photography as an art form; constantly changing and feeding my creative appetite. Through photography, I strive to make the important moments of life reflected in the pictures that I take; whether through candid or formal portraiture. My enjoyment of working with families and children are what makes

being a photographer so desirable. My career, as a pediatric nurse practitioner, affords me the opportunity to learn how to approach children with the compassion that is needed to provide a stress-free photo session. I enjoy photographing children and families outside in nature; the yard, park or beach and also in my home with my studio set-up. I have a variety of props that can be used to set the scene and keep everyone smiling! I can also travel with my portable equipment if you prefer to be photographed in the comfort of your home!
