Hello friends! I have some major news to share.
After months of reflection with my family, I have made the very difficult decision to close Ocean Drive Photography. It’s most likely permanent.
Throughout the last 5 years, I have given my whole heart to my clients by taking the time to get to know what you valued and making it my mission to capture your moments in a way that could speak to your heart, with no words needed. Sharing with me how your photos brought you to tears of joy, or that you were just so happy and in love with your gallery, helped me to know I accomplished for you what I set out to accomplish.
I’m not completely sure what my next adventure might be. I have juggled a very full-time career in public service, along with being a mother and wife, throughout the last 5 years, and I could never have put my heart into my business without the unwavering support of my boys and husband. They spent hours tagging along to countless weddings and family sessions, lugging my equipment around, and doing it for no reason other than their love for me.
I can’t say thank you enough for trusting me with your moments. I’m also grateful for those who supported me in all the ways important to a business owner - referring new clients, sharing or supporting my posts, or just asking how photography life was going. It’s been an amazing and truly fulfilling experience. I’ll leave us with this one last thought. Our moments matter, and we’re never promised tomorrow. We should never let a single one go by where we aren’t focusing on the people that make our life worthwhile. Take care ❤️
