To our valued customers and friends,

We are still working hard to make sure that our customers and our staff are safe while we continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation.

LensGiant will still be processing orders, and we are following all CDC guidelines for workplace sanitation.

*FedEx has suspended Direct Signature Required for deliveries to residential addresses , so until further notice we will have to send ALL packages to be held for pick-up at a designated FedEx location.* If you need assistance in locating one near you please call us and we can help you.

Hours and delivery:
We are in office right now from 11am- 4pm EST.

Our shipments for the day for the time being will go out at 3pm EST.

We support you, and we want you to be safe and healthy. We are continuing to take additional measures to make sure that our equipment (coming and going) and our office stays disinfected and sanitary for everyone's safety.

During this time we understand there is much uncertainty in plans, and we will continue to keep our cancellations and change of reservations FREE of charge prior to shipment.
