Yours, mine, and now ours 💜💜💜 I got to photograph this big, beautiful, blended family earlier this year (ironically enough im now actively editing baby’s milestone session 🤪) but this is one I simply couldn’t resist going back to share! 🥰 You’d think with a total of 9 people (7 being children) in the studio I’d have some story of chaos to tell along with it but the kiddos in this family were beyond pleasant and mindful while they were visiting. I loved that mom let me help get everyone’s outfits together-everything they’re wearing is from the client closet and I must say we did a pretty dang good job at coordinating everyone’s wardrobe considering the number of people involved ☺️ on another note, I just know there’s no shortage of love in that household 💜💜

Finally getting around to posting some of my favorites from this fresh 48 session 💜 idk about you all, but those closer up detail shots of baby will always be my favorite when it comes to these sessions. Their tiny little features change so quickly, seemingly in the blink of an eye. Which is why I always do my best to get as many as I possibly can for the parents 🫶

We are doing things totally different this year so please be sure to read all provided info before booking! ☺️
The fall mini location will be exactly as pictured without prop items present. Instead of having a decorated set, this year I really wanted to focus more on just the beauty/colors of the natural fall environment as well as really elevate that golden glow from the sunset. The image included in this post was taken in October during our previous fall; which is why I’m hosting these sessions in later sept versus the beginning like usual, just so that we may give Mother Nature adequate time to shift the seasons 🥰💜
Lasty, these are going to be SUPER limited so do not hesitate. With me now mostly being caught up on editing and given all that I’ve indured over the last few months just trying to regain some sense of normalcy, I honestly plan to finish out the remainder of the year at a more laid back, steady pace to ensure that my clients are getting me at my best- because that’s what y’all deserve! (I will of course still be doing Christmas minis but most likely one day only as well.)
Booking info and time slots are listed below. Please comment with your preferred time slot along with your email address to claim. Were going old school with it today simply bc I didn’t feel like spending all that time creating the session and booking link online for just a few slots 🤪
PS. These sessions will have a normal turn around as will everything else moving forward 🫶

-COST: $50 due to book, $100 due at the session
-INCLUDES: 15+ high res digital images presented in an online gallery with full printing rights; professional styling guides in PDF format sent after booking
-WHO: immediate family only unless there’s 5 or less total members coming from an extended family. Sessions can also be utilized for couples, solo portraits, seniors, maternity, etc!
-RAINOUT DATE: Sunday Sept 27

Soooo uh how about that weather yall?! 😅 Talk about being thrown for a loop the last couple days, definitely not the forecasted I had expected for mid August 😬 but now that the rains have seemingly subsided for now i just hope everyone has found themselves in a safe, secure environment whether you were able to remain at home or had to leave temporarily to escape flooding. Mother Nature has two very opposite attributes here on Earth. We have what can be just absolute devastation from various severe weather patterns/natural disasters. But at the same time the natural, raw beauty of Mother Nature is endless. From the wildflowers that grow about the open fields, to the sea shells scattered amongst the sandy beaches- there is something to truly be admired at every turn. I don’t mean to get all philosophical on yall on a random Thursday afternoon, but sometimes i just can’t help it!! Lol especially when I start blabbering on a post that includes images of something as precious and sacred as new life. For all that’s wrong in the world and that goes wrong in the world- these tiny humans are the purest and most innocent parts of it. And if you’re a parent yourself you know that they bring you the most purest form of joy 💜🫶🥰

Happy “back to reality” day- AKA Monday 🤪 Hopefully everyone’s weeks are starting off well. Over here it’s never a bad day when you get to share with people some of the most precious and rewarding aspects of natural life. This breastfeeding session between this mama and baby are no exception to that either 🫶 I shot these earlier this year but as I’ve stated recently I am trying to go back and post some of those sessions that kinda got buried in the mix during those super busy months. So do not fret if you’ve yet to see yours 😘
PS. Mama requested not to post baby’s face which is why you don’t see any direct images of baby. I will always respect parent’s wishes so yall will just have to take my word for it when I say this cutie was ALL personality and came to entertain!! lol 💜

Starting the week off with this little cutie!! 🥰 My goal here over the next few weeks is to to back through and post some sessions that I never got around to sharing during the recent chaos that was my life!! lol soooo glad things are finally starting to return to normal 😅
PS. My family and i just returned from a 4 day camping trip where we had virtually NO service the entire time so if you’ve been waiting on a response from me via any platform or email that is why! I’ll get to everyone at some point today though 💜

YOU GUYS!!! LOOK WHAT I SCORED FROM MARKETPLACE 😍 (shoutout to my amazing hubby for picking it up for me 😘) I’ve actually been pondering a lower styled bassinet or cradle that would put babies at the eye level of siblings since the whicker one I normally use is often too high up. Like im tryna get those cute sibling photos of big brother/sister looking in on baby 🥹
Will most likely be removing the rockers on the bottom in order to avoid any accidental sibling dumps though 🤪
PS. This piece is actually from the 30s and the lady we got it from said that nearly every baby in their family has slept in it, originally starting with her own grandmother 💜🥺 Even though we don’t personally know the family from which it came, I think that just makes it so much more special knowing that it’s been a cherished family heirloom for so many years 🫶

Just wanted to hop on real quick and let yall know that I am in fact still alive and thriving over here 🤪 My husband, kids, and I did however just return from an extended out of state visit with my family that was so much needed. I don’t typically share beforehand when we’re away for various reasons but that is why things have been pretty quiet around here. As always I did bring my laptop but in true “vacation” fashion I found myself with virtually zero free time or the stamina to keep myself up at the end of each day to do any editing. Just know the intension was there though 🤣🤣 anywho, time to get back to reality. Anyone still waiting on a response from me whether it be via email or message just know im slowly working through those as well as outstanding galleries 🫶💜💜
PS. I never bring my gear with me out of state but i did however snag this photo of the most magnificent tree I have ever seen with my phone and felt it needed to be shared 😍🌺🌺🌺
