Last minute opening! 📸

A senior session on my calendar had to reschedule, which means I have one complimentary mini session available on the evening of June 17.

Part 2: After the Senior Prom pictures (yesterday’s post), I went straight to capture this Senior. Another completely fun shoot and my first with a skateboard as a prop along with his pride and joy car accompanied by a best friend as the final props. Mix that together with two locations, several outfits, and studio lighting during sunset (the heirloom session), and we came out with a ton of great shots. And he has great ambition to go along with it! Best of luck in what’s next!

Backstory: I got a call from my daughter saying the girl that was driving her to the HOSA competition just found out their Senior Prom photographer couldn’t make it last minute… “Are you free tomorrow night at 5pm” I already had two sessions scheduled that day, but I said I had a 30 minute window I could fit if the time worked for them. And these are the results. We simply had a lot of fun on this session and got a lot of candids, had some laughs (as you can see), and I made my next session and they made their dinner appointment. Sometimes those last minute things not only work out, but work out amazingly.

Congrats to this grad! He wanted a more edgy urban look, and I knew just the right places! Casual, edgy, classy, and sporty all in one session. And he managed to end by doing a backflip in those heavy work boots.
