itten permission. Clients agree not to use screenshots or watermarked proof images for personal or public use. Purchased digital images will be provided without watermarks and include a personal-use license for printing, sharing on social media, and displaying for non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of proof images or any copyrighted photographs constitutes copyright infringement and may result in the removal of gallery access, cancellation of future services, and/or legal action to recover damages and attorney's fees as permitted by applicable law. Rescheduling & Weather
Outdoor sessions are dependent upon weather conditions. If severe weather, unsafe conditions, or an Act of God (including but not limited to heavy rain, lightning, flooding, tornadoes, snowstorms, or other dangerous weather) prevents the session, the Photographer and Client will work together to reschedule at no additional charge. If the Client or an immediate family member becomes ill before the session, the session may be rescheduled without penalty. If the Client fails to appear without prior notice, the retainer will be forfeited. Children
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for supervising all children during the photography session. The Photographer is not responsible for injuries occurring before, during, or after the session. Pet Safety
Owners remain fully responsible for the behavior, control, and safety of their pets throughout the session. Dogs should remain leashed unless the Photographer specifically requests otherwise in a safe location. The Photographer reserves the right to end the session if any animal presents a safety concern.

A client informed me the other day that her beloved Cinder had passed away peacefully. Another dog I have photographed and enjoyed meeting. Her owner messaged me to let me know that she was very thankful that she had booked with me to do a "Me & My Dog" session in May. She will be forever grateful for this black/white photograph I captured. Rest easy, Cinder. Play and run free at the Rainbow Bridge. 🌈🐾💙

I have a good amount of FALL MINI's left to book - AS IT IS PREDICTED, FALL colors will peak between October 20th-25th. When they do, the colors either will last a good while or will fade quickly. All sessions are in my backyard in N.Royalton - perfect spot, private, and plenty of different photo ops. I will be taking time off in November due to cochlear implant revision surgery. Dog Mini Sessions available this SUNDAY, Saturday September 6th at 11AM, 11:30AM, 5PM, 5:30PM, 6PM, and 6:30PM, Only $100 for 10 images - just of your dog - 10 to 15 minute session. If you do want a session of you with your dog, which I highly encourage... it is $175 for 30 minute. 1/2 required as retainer to book! Rest is due on day of session. I’m really hoping for a wonderful and successful fall season this year. I could also use your support to be your photographer as well! I’ll be working throughout September and October, but I will be taking time away beginning November 7th for cochlear implant surgery.

This will be a pretty big chapter for me. After surgery, I’ll need time to recover and retrain my brain to understand the sounds I’ll be hearing — words, voices, music, and so much more. I know there will be challenges along the way, but I’m incredibly relieved and grateful that I’m able to continue working through September and October before taking that much-needed time to heal.
So if you’ve been thinking about updating your family photos, capturing your little ones at this stage of life, or simply creating some beautiful fall memories, September and October are the perfect time.
