2005 Porsche 997 Carrera Cabrio

This beautiful example of the 2005 Porsche 997 Carrera Cabriolet is about the most stunning I've seen in a while! The black on tan color scheme gives the sense of a luxury/power combination. The aggressive stance of the 997 plays in the imagination offering visions of speed and performance well known to be possessed by the Porsche brand. With a six speed manual gearbox handling the output of a 3.8 litre flat six boxer engine, this capable machine has more than enough juice to speed along any road you can put it on. 1952 Allard J2X Reproduction

This beauty belongs to Lyle Warner, a gentleman that I met at Ardell Brown's charity car show last month. I asked Lyle if it would be alright if I took some photos to share with people. He invited me over to his place last night to shoot it.
This car is a licensed reproduction of the 1952 Allard J2X that dominated the European racing circuits when it was introduced. Each of these reproductions is recognized by the original manufacturer and given a special serial number and certificate signed by Roger Allard. They are built to the highest quality available and can be customized to the buyer's specifications within certain parameters.
Special thanks to Lyle Warner and his willingness to share such a rare and classic car!
