I’ve just had to ban my first former client since coming to Utah…
So let’s make a few things clear here:
1) Answering questions about location and time of day preference can be annoying. I get it, trust me.
However, those conversations have to happen to ensure consistent results and are a crucial part of the process I’ve carefully curated over the last several years.
2) If I advise against a location and time of day combo but there is no flexibility, I will do my best under the circumstances and my contract covers this lack of flexibility.
Your gallery results are not guaranteed when you ignore the advice of your chosen hired expert, in this case - me.
3) If you have been warned of the impact of ignoring professional advice for your session and you proceed by taking responsibility and having the session anyways - I will absolutely not be accepting verbal harassment when the photos come out differently.
Yes, this is a business. But I am a human being. A mother, a wife, then photographer last.
This is my passion. My business. I am still a person, and I will never be a voluntary punching bag.
