It has taken me a long time to understand that I can be all of me.
To dance in my beauty and dive into my darkness.

To merge my light and my shadow.

Long ago the feminine was separated from herself
through religion, education, conditioning, fear.
We’ve been taught to play nice, not speak up, to disassociate from our wombs, our intuition, our knowing.

We have been told we’re too much, too loud, and too wild.
But we are multi-dimensional, multi-layered, multi-orgasmic!
Our life force energy has been dimmed to a mere trickle and a numbness settled into our bones that we speak of as “normal”.

But it’s time to face the small pull within,
the one that makes you ask the question
“is there more?”
It’s time we reconnect with our wombs,
to feel the deep sensation come back to our body,
to allow the ancestral anger to drum out of our bones,
to open to our eroticism as it yearns to be felt,
to let our wildness light a flame to all of our masks.

It’s time that we get to feel
Whole
Connected
Alive

It’s time to remember how to be all of us.
