These past couple days, everything has felt super hard. Getting out of bed? Excruciating. Feeding myself? Don’t want to. Exercising? I’m doing it but still feel like trash 😅 Winter depression is real along with existential anxiety about the new year. The new year can bring BIG changes but it also can look exactly the same. AND THAT IS OKAY! I’m leaning heavy on people who love and believe in me and I’m eternally grateful for their support 💛 If you’re struggling, know you’re not alone in your dread and I’m rooting for you. One day at a time. You don’t have to have it all figured out. There are good days around the corner friends

Hellloooo friends!!!🥰 I’ve been absent from social media for a hot minute with the holidays and catching the flu 😅 there definitely was a moment of panic when I got sick but 2 negative covid tests later & 72 hours of non-stop sleeping and this girl has enough energy to make herself grilled cheese and post on insta🤣🤣
